NON-PROFIT LEADERSHIP COACHING

Jumpstart Your Nonprofit is a one-on-one coaching program with Dr. Peter Morgan. This program is ideal for those who need accountability and guidance in starting their nonprofit ventures (faith-based or community-based) or for those who want to take their existing nonprofits to the next level.  Topics covered can include positioning, branding, strategic planning, board development, legal structuring, organizational development, program planning, outreach, public relations, marketing, and/or fundraising.  Initially executive coaching is held over a six (6) week period for six (6), one-hour sessions on days/times agreed upon by both the client and Dr. Morgan.  All sessions are virtually face-to-face and/or by phone.                 

                                                           

In between sessions, Clients will typically have homework that supports their learning and growth. Homework may include reading and/or listening to books, as well as other empowering activities.  An initial six-week alliance is recommended for you to realize significant and sustained progress.
