Module 1: The Pediatric Initial Consultation     25 CE
This module is presented in an interactive e-book format, including 60 videos, and details the essential history taking and examination procedures involved in the infant or child’s first visit. This module contains the following four sections:

Module 2 Adjustment of the child.
Unit 1 Spinal Adjustment of the Child 15 CE
This unit addresses that area of practice which is fundamental to what we do as chiropractors in our management of the pediatric patient: the spinal adjustment of the child.
With the help of 58 instructional videos, this module presents low impulse adjusting techniques for neonates and infants, as well as manual and drop piece adjusting for both the baby, as well as the toddler and older child. Perhaps most importantly, this module focusses on those aspects of pediatric adjusting that potentially are of most practical value for the family practitioner in private practice. For this reason, the techniques presented are of clinical value to both experienced chiropractors as well as new graduates and are both easy to learn and very importantly, easy to implement into your practice immediately. Unit 2 Cranial Assessing and Adjusting of the Pediatric Patient 15 CE
In the second unit of this module the cranial assessment and adjustment in the neonate and baby, as well as the toddler and older child is comprehensively addressed. The module is presented in both interactive ebook, and video format.
On completion of this unit, regardless of your current experience with cranial adjusting, you will have a clear understanding of the craniosacral rhythm, as well as a simple, straightforward, systematized approach to the assessment and treatment of cranial issues in the pediatric patient. (15 CE Hours)

Unit 3 Upper and Lower Limb 13 CE
The third unit in this module offers practical, easily implemented techniques, adjustments and management strategies for common pediatric subluxations and orthopedic conditions involving the upper and lower limbs. Once again these are management strategies and techniques that can be seamlessly implemented into your practice immediately.

This module includes 3 units, each with their own individual continuing education hours, and it addresses the management of a number of the more common childhood conditions which will frequently present to a family practice.

Module 4: Pediatric Special Appointments/Achieve better clinical outcomes 6 CE
This module addresses those essential special appointments that should be an integral part of your pediatric management protocol. The child Report Visit, the child Most Important Visit and child Wellness Visit are designed to ensure you consistently achieve the best clinical outcome for your pediatric patients. (6 CE Hours)

Assessment and Application of Chiropractic Pediatric Knowledge: 21 CE
These hours are accrued by successfully completing the comprehensive final examination. (21 CE hours)

Total: 185 CE hours complete. Tuition $35 per credit hour.   
Upon Completion of the course work and the MLI pediatric examination chiropractors receive Certification by the Mission Life International College of Chiropractic Pediatrics. 
 
If you have successfully completed the MLIU Pediatric Masters Certification Program, then you automatically qualify for the Pediatric Diplomate Program.
MLIU College of Chiropractic Pediatric Diplomate Program
Upon successful completion of the Diplomate Program, chiropractors receive the Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DICCP). To get the DICCP credential DC’s must have completed the certification program (185 hours), the diplomate program (375 hours) and pass the DICCP examination, both oral and written, conducted by MLIU College of Chiropractic Pediatrics.
